We are using a lot of AI in my web design agency with 250 employees... but our total costs across everyone are only like $2,000. Not sure how $7500 happens?
Unchecked token useage, no limits per user, users don't understand how many tokens are burned for what outcomes and their underlying costs, and the users not being connected to the bill that comes later in an enterprise
